We are seeking a nurturing and responsible Nanny to provide personalized care for children in a home environment. This role involves overseeing the daily activities of the children, ensuring their well-being, and assisting with their development through engaging activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs
- Plan and lead educational activities, games, and outings to encourage learning and development
- Help children with homework and school projects
- Maintain children’s routines, including nap times, bath times, and bedtimes
- Keep children’s play areas and rooms clean and organized
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and monitor the health of the children
- Assist with light housekeeping duties related to child care, such as laundry and tidying up
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in child care is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and educational environment for children
- Patience, reliability, and a passion for working with children
- Ability to handle multiple children and manage their activities efficiently
