Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Manager to lead our store team and drive overall sales performance. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staffing.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize store performance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
