Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive leadership team and help manage the strategic and operational functions of the organization. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the efficient execution of high-priority initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive the organization’s objectives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership to manage and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Act as a key liaison between the executive team and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals
  • Oversee daily operations and help streamline organizational processes to improve efficiency
  • Assist with the preparation of executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
  • Provide decision-making support to the CEO by conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying roadblocks and coordinating solutions to maintain momentum
  • Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability across teams
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when necessary, ensuring their priorities are being effectively addressed
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure clear communication and collaboration across departments
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure they are effectively communicated and executed
  • Handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in managing external relationships, including key stakeholders, partners, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, project management, or consulting
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and operational management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data analysis software
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with occasional travel to other company locations or external meetings
  • High level of collaboration with executives, department heads, and key stakeholders
  • Fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational skills and adaptability
