Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented AI Auditor to join our team and ensure the integrity, compliance, and effectiveness of our artificial intelligence systems and processes. The AI Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits of AI models, algorithms, and data practices to identify risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and assess the overall performance of AI initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of both auditing practices and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of AI models and algorithms to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Evaluate data governance practices to ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data used in AI systems
  • Identify potential risks associated with AI implementations and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and compliance teams to understand AI processes and provide audit insights
  • Develop and maintain audit frameworks and methodologies specific to AI and machine learning technologies
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvement
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to AI and data privacy
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on compliance and auditing standards for AI
  • Support the organization in fostering a culture of ethical AI use and responsible data practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management, with a focus on AI or technology
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and machine learning principles
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to data protection, privacy, and AI ethics (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
