We are looking for a dedicated UX Data Analyst to join our team and enhance our user experience through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for understanding user behavior. This role involves analyzing user data, conducting research, and collaborating with UX designers and product teams to improve our products and ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze user data from various sources, including web analytics, user feedback, and usability testing, to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate data insights into actionable design improvements and recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design changes and features
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers
- Monitor user behavior and engagement metrics to measure the impact of design changes on user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and analytics to continuously improve our processes
- Assist in developing user personas and journey maps to better understand user needs and expectations
- Support the design and execution of user research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, data science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UX research, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and UX research tools (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
