Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our company’s hiring needs on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts top talent. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various recruitment strategies and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
  • Provide timely updates and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate information
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Assist with negotiating offers, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a contract or freelance capacity
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other candidate search tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet recruitment goals and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
