Job Description

The HR Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to support decision-making and improve HR functions within the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining metrics and reporting systems, conducting workforce analysis, and providing insights to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. The HR Analyst collaborates with various departments to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including employee demographics, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and performance outcomes
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders
  • Conduct workforce analysis to identify trends in employee engagement, performance, and retention, and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with HR teams to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures based on data analysis and industry best practices
  • Support the recruitment process by analyzing candidate data and measuring the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits offerings
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on data management and reporting tools
  • Stay updated on HR analytics trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities within the HR function
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including employee surveys, talent assessments, and HR system implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with HR and business leaders
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
