Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills across the team.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget updates to senior management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales team.
  • Travel within the region as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in [industry or sector].
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
