Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise sales team. The Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within large organizations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprises, building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients to drive account growth and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of successfully closing large deals and managing key accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
