Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development team. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads and drive new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and coach a team. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales development team, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to generate qualified leads and increase sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales development.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales development team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales development tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for sales and a commitment to continuous improvement.
