The Beauty Advisor stays informed about the latest beauty trends and product launches to keep customers engaged and satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their individual beauty needs to recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate skincare, makeup, and beauty products to customers, explaining how to use them effectively.
• Provide personalized consultations based on skin type, concerns, and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.
• Achieve individual and department sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with maintaining the beauty section, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly displayed.
• Handle customer complaints or queries with professionalism and according to store policies.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store beauty events or demonstrations.
• Keep track of inventory, ensuring popular products are always available.
• Build lasting customer relationships by offering excellent service and following up with regular clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and beauty techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and staying current on industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
