  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective action when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.
  • Develop promotional events or specials to increase sales and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or cosmetology is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a beauty salon or spa environment.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness services, including hair, skincare, and makeup trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage salon operations efficiently.
  • Proficient in salon management software and basic financial management.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
