Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Writer to join our product team. The UX Writer will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy that enhances user experience across our digital products. This role requires strong writing skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize copy for user interfaces, including navigation menus, buttons, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and create content that guides users through our products.
• Ensure all copy is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand voice and tone guidelines.
• Conduct user research, such as usability testing and content audits, to gather insights and inform content decisions.
• Develop and maintain a style guide and glossary to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Work closely with the UX team to iterate on copy based on feedback and user testing results.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve user experiences through strategic content.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX writing, copywriting, content strategy, or a related role, preferably in a digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused copy that enhances digital experiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and a passion for clarity.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and content testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to feedback.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and content management systems is a plus.
• A passion for understanding user needs and improving user experiences through content.
