Quality assurance analysts (QAs) ensure that products and services meet established quality standards before they are released to customers. They design and implement testing plans, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Conduct performance and security testing to assess application reliability.
• Provide feedback on product usability and functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing and familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
