We are looking for a Full-Time IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to employees and manage day-to-day IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal network performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are followed
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve complex issues
- Assist in training employees on IT tools and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
