A hardworking Kitchen Porter is needed to assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organized in a busy restaurant. You will support the chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness and handling basic food prep tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors and surfaces
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients
• Collect and dispose of waste and recycling
• Organize and store kitchen supplies
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored
• Follow health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus

Work Environment:

• Indoor restaurant kitchen, often fast-paced and noisy
• Physically demanding with constant movement and cleaning tasks
