We are seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to handle late-night inquiries and provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
- Provide assistance with orders, account issues, and product information
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with the day-shift team for smooth transitions and updates
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate customer service software
Work Environment:
- Office or call center environment, working at a desk for most of the shift
- Minimal supervision, with focus on independent problem-solving during overnight hours
- Occasional interaction with other team members or supervisors
