We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to staff and clients. You will troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, configure systems, and offer general IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for computers, printers, and other devices
- Provide technical support for network and system-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
- Assist with system upgrades and software installations
- Provide training to staff on new systems and software
- Maintain accurate logs of user issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical users
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- CompTIA A+ or similar IT certifications preferred
Work Environment:
- Indoor office environment with frequent use of computers and IT equipment
- Interaction with various departments and staff across the organization
- Combination of desk work and hands-on technical troubleshooting
