We are seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to troubleshoot and repair household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while repairing appliances in homes.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair household appliances, including washers, dryers, ovens, and refrigerators
• Order and replace faulty parts to restore appliance functionality
• Perform regular maintenance to prevent appliance breakdowns
• Provide customers with accurate cost estimates and repair timelines
• Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations
• Offer professional advice on appliance care and maintenance

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of home appliances
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations
• Previous experience in appliance repair preferred
• Certification in appliance repair is a plus

Work Environment:

• Work primarily in residential settings, repairing appliances in customers’ homes
• Physically demanding work involving bending, lifting, and working in tight spaces
• Regular interaction with clients and other team members
