Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and updates to clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Participate in contract negotiations and renewals as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to client sites. The Account Manager will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with clients and internal teams to ensure successful account management and client satisfaction.
