Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
