Responsibilities

- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, helping to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating stock replenishment with the supply chain team.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to help identify trends and support decision-making.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
