Responsibilities

  • Help prepare proposals, contracts, and reports for clients.
  • Conduct research on clients’ industries and competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and track key metrics, reporting findings to the senior account management team.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and account management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
