We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with various departments to improve overall business performance. This role requires expertise in data analysis tools, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions and strategic planning
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights for business improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy in all reports and analyses
• Assist in the design and implementation of business intelligence tools and systems to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, translating complex data into clear and concise business strategies
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs
• Continuously monitor business performance and recommend changes to optimize efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large sets of data and identify trends
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with data warehousing, data mining, and predictive analytics
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
