The Bilingual Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position requires proficiency in at least two languages, enabling effective communication with diverse candidate pools. The Bilingual Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers. This role is vital in building a diverse workforce and enhancing the company’s employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates in alignment with the organization’s goals
  • Create engaging job postings and utilize various platforms to promote open positions to a wide audience
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit for the organization
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback in both languages as needed
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and college campus visits to promote the organization and attract talent
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruiting
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely follow-ups and providing a welcoming interview environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity
  • Proficiency in at least two languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace
