The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with suppliers to source the best ingredients while maintaining budgetary constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a restaurant setting
