Responsibilities

- Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective digital content.
- Manage the digital content calendar, ensuring timely publication of articles, blog posts, videos, and other multimedia materials.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience, including the use of keywords, metadata, and effective formatting.
- Monitor and analyze digital content performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media and publishing.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s branding, messaging, and audience engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues related to the website or content management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Editor, Content Editor, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze content performance.
