The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of the restaurant industry, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, food costs, and labor costs to meet budgetary goals
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service
• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to specifications and customer expectations
• Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
