We are looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations and initiatives. Your expertise will help streamline HR processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information, organizational structures, and HR data
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify system needs and implement solutions to improve HR processes and workflows
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key performance indicators
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to troubleshoot system issues and implement system upgrades or enhancements
- Participate in the implementation of new HRIS modules or systems, including planning, testing, and user training
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and data management to inform system improvements
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to data management, privacy, and compliance
- Support HR initiatives, such as talent management, compensation, and benefits administration, through effective use of the HRIS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HRIS management, HR analytics, or a related role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Excel and HRIS reporting capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements related to employee information
