Responsibilities:
-Design, implement and evaluate community programmes and services.
-Collaborate with local partners, organisations and volunteers to maximise the impact of initiatives.
-Manage programme budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
-Organising events and activities to raise awareness and engage the community.
-Collect and analyse data to assess service needs and outcomes.
-Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
Qualifications:
-Diploma degree in community management, social work or related.
-Previous experience in community programme management or similar role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Knowledge of social issues and resources available in the community.
