We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
- Document technical issues and create reports for IT management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise software
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
