Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. You will provide excellent customer service through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide product information
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference
  • Provide feedback to product and support teams based on customer insights

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
