We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper to manage financial records and perform various accounting tasks. In this role, you will maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management.
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers and journals
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with payroll and tax preparation tasks
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
