We are seeking a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing clothing, accessories, and footwear that align with our brand’s aesthetic and target market. You will work closely with product development and marketing teams to create innovative designs that set trends and enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Research fashion trends, materials, and techniques to create unique and marketable designs
• Develop sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for clothing and accessory lines
• Collaborate with the product development team to select fabrics, colors, and patterns that align with the design vision
• Create mood boards and presentations to communicate design concepts and inspire the team
• Oversee the prototype development process, ensuring designs are executed to high-quality standards
• Conduct fittings and work closely with sample makers to refine designs for production
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform future collections
• Assist in the planning and execution of fashion shows, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to facilitate the production process
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to evaluate the success of designs and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD applications
• Strong understanding of textiles, patterns, and garment construction
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills, with the ability to convey design ideas visually
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, colors, and styles
• Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment
