We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful execution throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet market needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
• Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product releases, overseeing the development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software landscape
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional materials
• Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product and enhance user satisfaction
• Facilitate product demos, training sessions, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging feedback and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing software products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for technology and understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Experience in user experience (UX) design principles is a plus
