Job Description

We are hiring a Security Systems Technician to install, maintain, and repair security systems, including alarm systems, cameras, and access control systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control systems
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections of security systems
  • Diagnose and repair issues with security equipment and systems
  • Ensure compliance with local security regulations and industry standards
  • Provide training to clients on how to use their security systems
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot security system failures

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of security systems and surveillance technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems
  • Experience with tools and equipment used in security system installations
  • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Relevant certifications in security systems installation are preferred

Work Environment:

  • Work in both residential and commercial settings, with outdoor and indoor tasks
  • Physically demanding, including working at heights and lifting heavy equipment
  • Regular interaction with clients and security teams
