We are hiring a Wind Turbine Technician to install, maintain, and repair wind turbines. You will work in the renewable energy industry, ensuring that turbines operate safely and efficiently to generate electricity from wind power.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble wind turbine components, including blades, nacelles, and towers
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on turbines to ensure they function properly
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in wind turbines
• Monitor turbine performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Work at heights to access turbine components for maintenance and repair
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on wind farm operations

Requirements:

• Experience in wind turbine maintenance or mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of wind turbine technology, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to climb towers and lift heavy equipment
• Relevant certifications in wind energy technology are a plus

Work Environment:

• Work outdoors, often in remote locations and at great heights
• Physically demanding tasks involving climbing, lifting, and working in harsh weather
• Regular interaction with engineers, project managers, and maintenance teams
