We are looking for compassionate Nursing Assistants to support nurses and provide care to patients in healthcare facilities. This role is critical for ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Help patients with mobility and transport them within the facility
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a nursing assistant training program preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
