Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Manager to lead our store team and drive overall sales performance. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staffing.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize store performance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.

Work Environment: This position is primarily based in a retail store setting, which may involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise. The Retail Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
