Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, helping customers understand the value of our products and solutions. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and sales staff.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product capabilities, features, and benefits.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and product documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and solutions in our industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based but may require travel to client sites for presentations and meetings. The Sales Engineer will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with sales and technical teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
