Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, with some travel required for client meetings and industry events. The Sales Director will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve company objectives.
