Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Availability to travel as needed (if applicable).

Work Environment
