The Sales Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and ensure that our sales operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, managing schedules, and processing orders.
  • Coordinate sales activities and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory in CRM and other sales software.
  • Communicate with clients to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Help prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Support the organization and execution of sales events, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and monitor sales targets, updating team members on progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
