Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store experience and drive sales through compelling product displays and visual layouts. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand, optimize product visibility, and attract customers. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s aesthetic appeal and improve product presentation.
• Create eye-catching displays and layouts that highlight key products and seasonal trends.
• Arrange and maintain product displays, fixtures, and signage to maximize customer engagement and optimize sales.
• Collaborate with the store management team to ensure visual standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance display effectiveness and ensure merchandising standards are upheld.
• Analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and display standards.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor displays, and new merchandising techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Retail Merchandiser, or similar role.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail trends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field is preferred.

Work Environment

• Primarily in-store role, involving hands-on work with displays, fixtures, and products.
