Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services to persuade customers to make a purchase.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally while remaining positive and motivated.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage sales conversions.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively engage with customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
