Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
