Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, demonstrating the value of our products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively address client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and account management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
