Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, demonstrating the value of our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively address client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and account management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
