Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in CRM software.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
