  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Analyze account performance and prepare regular reports for management on key metrics and outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior account management staff, sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and strategic sales practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and develop actionable plans to drive growth and client satisfaction.
