Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
